  • “Sunshine Smile” is a humanitarian health and nutrition outreach initiative launched by CEFEE during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, with a singular mission: to deliver essential medicines, supplements, and food support to differently-abled individuals and their families who were left isolated and vulnerable due to lockdowns, health crises, and poverty.

  • A powerful awareness campaign focused on child abuse prevention, with a particular emphasis on educating and protecting vulnerable children, including those with disabilities.

Emergency & Pandemic Response

  • During the COVID-19 lockdowns, Dr. Anitha led relief efforts across Kerala, distributing food and supplies to the homeless, migrants, police, and daily wage workers.
  • In a widely reported humanitarian act, she personally fostered a six-month-old infant temporarily orphaned during the pandemic, ensuring the child's care in safe isolation while the parents recovered.

Advocacy & Policy Role
